What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for onion exports?

Our standard minimum order quantity is one full container load (FCL), typically 20–27 MT depending on packing size. We can discuss smaller quantities for new buyers on a case-by-case basis.

Which onion varieties do you export?

Accepted Answer

We primarily export Nashik Red Onions (Bellary/Bangalore Rose), White Onions, and Sambar Onions. All varieties are sourced directly from Nashik, Maharashtra — India's largest onion-producing region.

What are your standard packing options?

We offer 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg, and 25 kg mesh/jute bags, as well as custom packing as per buyer requirements. Packing can be done with or without buyer branding.

What documents do you provide with each shipment?

Accepted Answer

Every shipment includes a Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, APEDA Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading. Additional documents required by the destination country can be arranged.

What are your payment terms?

We typically work on Letter of Credit (LC) at sight or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) — 30% advance and 70% against documents. Terms can be discussed based on the buyer's profile and order volume.

Which countries do you currently export onions to?

We actively export to Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Kenya, and other markets across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. We are open to new markets with proper import permits.

How do you ensure quality and freshness during transit?

Onions are sorted, graded, and packed at our facility in Nashik. We use ventilated mesh bags to allow airflow and reduce moisture. Shipments are dispatched promptly after packing to minimise transit time.

Can you provide samples before we place a bulk order?

Yes, we can arrange samples for serious buyers. Please contact us with your requirements and we will coordinate sample dispatch at the earliest.
